Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Our Friends of Sangamon County Animal Control Dog of the Week is an irresistible little girl who will be a wonderful companion.

Bunnie is six months old and she’s all about having fun. She’s an outgoing girl who walks pretty well on a leash. Bunnie really loves spending time in the pool and playing with other dogs. She’s got puppy energy so she’ll do best around other dogs that will help bring that energy level down. Bunnie needs adopters who will spend time with her so she grows into a sweet and loving member of the family. She’s available for foster and adoption.

The kennels at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center are full of good dogs that need good homes. You can meet Bunnie and all of the other dogs during shelter hours Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
