Crime of the Week:  Help needed solving pizza restaurant burglary

Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – This week, Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Police Department in reference to a burglary that occurred at Little Caesars, 1614 S Macarthur, in Springfield.

On September 25, 2025, around 1:30 am, video shows a white male wearing a gray mask, black shirt, and gray pants throw a chunk of asphalt through the front door, shattering the glass to gain entry.  Once inside the business, the suspect took food from a cooler before leaving in an unknown direction.
