Crime of the Week:  Help identify suspect in weekend arson

Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – This week, Crime Stoppers is seeking information to assist the Springfield Fire Department in reference to an arson that occurred on December 2 around 1:00 am at Carter’s Fish Market, 1900 E. South Grand in Springfield.

Video shows a black male with a gray beard, dark coat and dark colored stocking cap pouring liquid from a blue jug around the cook shed.  The suspect ignited the liquid setting the cook shed on fire, causing over $25,000 in damage.
