Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Meet Jordan Robinson.

Robinson (pictured, right) is the student board member for Springfield Public Schools for the 2025-26 school year.

After taking the oath of office, board members wasted no time putting her on the spot — asking her about the construction at Springfield High School, where she is a senior.

She told the board the century-old building has “character and potential.”
