Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Our Friends of Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center Dog of the Week is a very nice girl looking for a new home and loving family.
River is a very sweet natured and affectionate girl. She’s a year old and came to SCACAC as a stray with two other dogs. River is very easy going and easy to walk on a leash. She’s not a high energy dog, so she will make a wonderful companion for a family who likes to take leisurely walks and enjoy the fresh air.
River and all of the other dogs at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center are waiting to meet you Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00. Please come on out and meet them!
