O’Lantern

Sangamon County Animal Control & Adoption Center is still very full of kittens. O’Lantern is just one of many adorable babies waiting for you. This handsome & fun ginger gent is about 7 months old and has been at SCAC since October 4.

O’Lantern would love to be adopted with a friend around his age / energy level! Two kittens are always better than one, and with the Meow Mobile adoption fee discount in place through December 31, you can get two for just $50. Everyone goes home spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated appropriate to age.

Find the application here and more information about Meow Mobile, our mission, and how you can help: www.meowmobile.org

Brandy

You’re going to fall in love with the sweet little face on the Friends of Sangamon County Animal Control Dog of the Week.

Brandy is a sweet and friendly little lady. She’s about two years old and she came to the shelter as a confiscation in early October. Brandy is a strong girl with lots of energy, but she walks pretty well on a leash. This little cutie would love a fresh start in a home of her own with a loving family for the holidays. If you’re looking for some new Christmas joy, come on out to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center and meet Brandy.

The kennels at SCACAC are completely full. If you’re thinking of adopting, please come on out to meet our pets Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00. Not ready to adopt? Ask about fostering.
