Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Meet the very pretty and very nice Emma. Emma has been at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center since October 1st when she came in as a stray. Two months seems fast to us but it’s an eternity to a dog living in a kennel. Emma is friendly with her volunteer friends and walks nicely on a leash. She would love a human of her own to take long walks and snuggle on the couch.
The kennels at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center are completely full. We need your help! If you aren’t ready to adopt please consider fostering. Please come and meet all of the dogs available for adoption and fostering Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
