If you or someone you know needs shelter or homelessness prevention assistance, please call the Heartland Continuum of Care Helpline at 217-803-5235. The Helpline is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Information about available shelters and other resources is available 24/7 by dialing 211.
