Man Dead After Christian County Vehicle Fire

A rural Pana man was found dead inside a vehicle discovered to be on fire Saturday morning.

Christian County Sheriff Bruce Kettlekamp says autopsy results are pending on Lawrence Langan. 62.  Langan’s truck apparently hit a culvert in a waterway in Rosamond Township, causing it to catch fire.

Kettlekamp says Langan’s body was found inside the truck once Owaneco firefighters put the blaze out.  An investigation continues.
