The Man of Steel is coming back… and he’s not alone!!
The Man of Steel is coming back… and he’s not alone!!

At The Big San Diego Comic Con event for Warner Brothers Movies they made the announcement that every comic geek was looking forward to.

'Man of Steel' film shotsthere will be a Superman MAN OF STEEL sequel!!! This movie however will not just feature Superman. It will co star THE DARK KNIGHT, Batman!

* BALE ARRESTED OVER FAMILY ASSAULT CLAIM

This is huge news. Two of the biggest grossing movie characters of all time joining together in what will be the first of the DC Comics wave of movies that they hope will even better what Marvel Comics has done with their Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and Avengers movies.

We know for sure that Henry Cavill will be back as the Man of Steel and that Amy Adams will play Lois Lane 'Man of Steel' film shotsin the new movie but what is doubtful is the return of Christian Bale who has said repeatedly that his Batman Story is wrapped up.  This means DC comics and Warner Brothers will be recasting the iconic role of the Gotham City Vigilante who becomes the Superhero that leads the Justice League.  Who will be cast as the new Batman? Will we see the debut or Lex Luthor? Will we see the return of the Joker? Is the Justice League next?

I think this idea is great. You reboot Batman without forcing people to sit through another retelling of the Batman Orgin. I really cant sit through watching Thomas and Martha Wayne getting shot again. You re establish Batman in the Superman Sequel and then youre off to the races if your Warner Bros.

There are rumors that a movie starring the FLASH is on schedule to come out in 2016 and a Green Lantern Reboot after that followed by the Justice League movie that will introduce Wonder Woman.
