Producers of The New Star Wars VII are wanting to get the ball rolling soon on the Movie which is supposed to be released in 2015. One of the things about the Star Wars franchise of movies is that the post filming special effects take a lot of time so you film it one year then you take a year putting all the effects in. If you do the math you start to realize that if they are gonna hit their 2015 target of summer. They better start filming soon.

They realize this by putting out a casting call for all the new characters in the movie and by the way they are rumored to be treating the old cast members.

The movie which takes place 30 after Return of the Jedi will also feature Han Leia and of course Luke Skywalker. Now Han aka Harrison Ford even though he is in his 70’s still looks great and is in some good shape. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Carrie Fischer who plays Leia and for Mark Hamill who is most known for being Luke Skywalker. Producers according to The Daily Mail newspaper have spared no expense in hiring round the clock chefs, trainers, and lifestyle coaches in order to get Hamill into the type of amazing shape that Luke Skywalker Jedi Master needs to be in.

The premiere of 'Sushi Girl' at Grauman's Chinese TheatreHamill who is 61 years old hasn’t been in great jedi master shape for about 20 years.

As someone who struggles with weight I feel for Hamill it seems like a lot to ask for a guy to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time but if the incentive is such a gigantic payday on the back end then feel the force Luke! And if not, you can always ask to switch roles and play Jabba the Hut.
