Human Remains Found in Rochester Identified

A woman whose body was found in a shed behind a Rochester home last month has been identified.

Sangamon County Coroner Cinda Edwards says DNA testing performed by the Illinois State Police Crime lab shows the remains are those of Tracy Trimby, 43, of Decatur.

An investigation into her death continues.  She disappeared in 2009.
