Fire Damages BBQ Stand

A fire late Thursday night heavily damaged the Doctor of Barbeque building at 6th and Stanford.  It appears an outside smoker in the back caught fire around 11:30pm.

A Sangamon County Deputy Sheriff was on patrol and saw the flames.  The Springfield Fire Department quickly struck the blaze. No one was injured.
