Rapper Kanye West has reportedly reached a financial settlement with a man he is accused of attacking for bad-mouthing his fiancée Kim Kardashian earlier this month.

The “Stronger” hitmaker is currently under police investigation following the alleged clash, which reportedly took place outside a Los Angeles medical center on Jan. 13.

The teen, who has not been identified, recently skipped a scheduled follow-up interview with Beverly Hills authorities and now it appears he has reached an agreement with West not to press charges.

According to TMZ.com, the two parties struck a deal worth more than $250,000.

However, West’s legal problems are not over – police chiefs have yet to decide whether to formally charge him with battery. And the rapper still faces charges in another alleged assault against a photographer.
